Content Strategy
The creative process begins by clarifying goals and ensuring you have the most effective content to accomplish those goals. This includes considering the intended audience and the desired action you seek to affect.
The role of design is to make the message of your content as clear as possible. With the tools of shape, color, images, and technologies, the message is visually and functionally crafted to best accomplish its purpose.
Development means taking the designed product over the finish line. I build sites from start to finish, either in WordPress or as stand-alone landing pages (like this one). For print material, I help select paper and print vendors.

Anthony Mioni

My name is Anthony Mioni.

I’ve worked in publishing since 1993. I’ve been an editor, editorial designer, managing editor, graphic designer, and Web developer. Today, I create websites and print collateral for small businesses and organizations.

My formal education is in Liberal Arts. (BA in Classics; MA in Rhetoric.) After entering publishing as an editor in 1993, I became interested in editorial design. So I focused my attention on learning the tools that would allow me to work more directly in the creative side of publishing. Since around 2000, I've worked as a designer, Web developer, and content strategist.

Located in Liverpool, NY (just outside of Syracuse), with my wife Anne Marie and our six children, I work with clients both locally and nationally. If you'd like to consider working with me, please send me a message through the contact form on this page.
